Whole Energy Body Balance is a healing somatic bodywork system that addresses and interacts with the entire physical body and energy systems of dogs. On a physical level, it relieves tension in the neuro-fascial network, that has a positive flow-on effect for the entire body. WEBB also has profound effects on mental and emotional issues, releasing and integrating trapped layers of trauma and post-traumatic stress. Many people are aware of the way we tense our muscles in relation to stress, and animals are no different. Silent, chronic pain is something that affects many animals. Neck and back pain is a common issue, as is neuro-fascial pain, also known as pain of the connective tissues. If your dog is NOT lame you do not need to provide a vet referral providing you sign a wellness statement / waiver declaring them to have no underlying health conditions. If during the first assessment or at any time following I detect anything that I think should be investigated by your veterinarian I will ask that you see them and get the all clear before proceeding. Your dogs health is ALWAYS first and foremost in my mind. If you have multiple dogs to be treated at the same time please contact me for discounted pricing ($60 per dog) and booking as the website booking automatically allocates a spacer between clients. *First time appointments are always an initial assessment regardless of massage type to allow your dog to become acclimatised to me while I record their history and assess their current level of mobility.
